Landlord
A landlord is the owner of a property, such as an apartment or house, who rents it out to another person (the tenant) in exchange for payment.
Lease Agreement
A Lease Agreement is a legally binding contract, under California law, that allows a tenant to rent a property from a landlord for a set period in exchange for rent.
Liability
